Listen to the Interview

Working at Adventure Subaru in Painesville, and Adventure Chysler Dodge,Jeep Ram in Willoughby is an amazing buzz for me.

I love coming to work, I love training my sales team, and I love the products that we sell. We have two separate locations and we sell about 300 total new and Used cars out of both locations. We make coming to work fun, and we treat everyone like family. We all could agree to disagree, but in the end we all have the same goals and that is to sell a car, make money for ourselves and the dealership while giving the customer an amazing experience where they are leaving the dealership with a huge smile on their face.. We love taking pictures of our customers next to their new car and having them post it on their Facebook or Instagram page.. We spend about $50,000 in advertising per dealership, but if you ask me our best form of advertising is the car that we just sold, and giving your customer a great experience.

Follow up and making calls are very important in the car business and we try to make at least 10-15 appointments per day. We do a real good service business as well, our technicians are treated great, and finding replacements is not east to find. Saturday lunches are always special. We bring in Lunch for the whole dealership because we prefer that everyone stays at the dealership, because Saturday is our busiest day. We win a lot of awards for having a great CSI and we ask our customers to share their positive experience that they got on social media or google reviews. All our customers are offered something to drink or eat, and our salespeople are trained to pick up the phone, call down to the receptionist, and ask her to hold calls so the customer is getting 100% attention. I appreciate the opportunity to share some of my important routines at Adventure, and I want to wish everyone out there a Happy Holiday season.
