It’s a website that assists users in comparing local listings for used and new cars, and contacting sellers via a lead generation form that sends their info, to several dealers at one time to bid on, so customers get the best deals.
About CarGurus.com: CarGurus was founded in 2006 by a co-founder of TripAdvisor. The company started off as an automotive community blog. When dealers expressed interest in advertising on the site, and the company changed its business strategy to connect dealers and consumers by putting inventory on the site.

When Dealership News interviewed vendors it’s interesting to note, they had a hard time putting MAX Digital in a particular category and defining a single competitor. They seem to fill a different type of role for their dealership partners.
